karenderia developer

The latest, greatest and the hottest growing delivery service recently launched on by all major global food delivery providers is custom pickup and drop service. Ubereats launched this service recently in form of Uber Freight Uber Work Hub, Swiggy launched swiggy genie which allows you to order anything from anywhere in your city. Amazon launched Amazon Flex. Glovo has already been doing it for years. Gophr, Beelivery, Dunzo have been growing from local to multi-national services month on month.

It makes sense for an Karenderia or food delivery startup to add this module as you already have all the requirements in place including a fleet of drivers wanting to earn more. This is the best module to add extra revenues for your self and your drivers with Karenderia developer. Infact some of our customers report that they have been EARNING MORE REVENUES FROM THIS MODULE THAN REST OF FOOD DELIVERY SERVICES COMBINED on KMRS. You can use this module to provide courier services, freight services, cargo delivery service, logistics startups, Packers & Movers Services. You can start any type of last mile delivery services or hyperlocal services using this module along with your food delivery services.

The main workflow of the module is:-

– The module will add a new page/tab on your website and mobile app from where user can place a custom pickup or drop request.

-The fields on this page will be a description text field where user can write the description of their task or add a shopping list etc., contact details fields, date/time picker and pickup address fields along google maps select the address and a drop address field with drop contact details. Additionally user can also select vehicle type when placing order.

-When the user has inputted all fields the user can see the final pricing for the task which will be based on vehicle type selected + a base price + total kilometers to be travelled for the task. If the user is fine with the pricing then they can checkout and place the order.

-Once the order is placed then it goes directly to driver panel and the task is sent to all available driver as per the auto-assignment logic that you have set in the driver backend(one by one or send to all). Drivers will see the task as regular task in their KMRS mobile app and can accept or reject the job.

-Once any of your driver/delivery guy accepts the order, the customer will be notified of job acceptance and they can live track the driver on maps.

-On task completion the driver can update the status of the job in his app and customer will be notified of the same. Driver can view their jobs in their task history in KMRS driver app and customers can see task details in their orders history page.

-For setting pricing of the job the admin can set this by creating different types of vehicles and then creating different base price and price per kilometers for each type of vehicle. so for example admin create Bike as vehicle type and adds a base price of $40 and $8 as price per kilometers. For this when a customer places an order where the driver has to travel 12 kilometers then the job price they see will be = $40(base price) + 12 Kilometers X $8(per kilometers price) = $136.

-For payments only the default payment gateways already integrated in Karenderia system will be supported. As of now COD Cash On Delivery, Paypal and Stripe have been fully tested. If you are using a custom integrated payment gateway in Karenderia then from our side there will be little extra charge on integrating the module with that custom payment gateway.

We also provide custom modifications to the module of you want for any type of business(at extra cost).
